According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident happened just after 6 a.m. on U.S. Highway 95 near mile marker 124 and Creech Air Force Base, when a Jeep Wrangler rolled onto the right shoulder. No other vehicle was involved.
The driver was male, and his age and identity are not yet known. He was alone in the vehicle. Although seriously injured, he was found to be conscious and talking and was airlifted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas by Mercy Air. His current condition is unknown.
